Some dried leaves and rose qualities with an earthy dried clay complexity. Excellent textures and flavours with firm tannins and a backbone of acidity. Flavours reflect the bouquet along with plum and vanilla, textures of a fine wine that with some careful cellaring will show its true potential from 2026 through 2036+.”

“Light ruby-red with some depth, even colour throughout. This has a lifted, ethereal bouquet with aromas of red cherry, ripe strawberry, rosehip and a hint of herb. Medium-bodied, red and black cherry aromas, ripe strawberry entwined with rosehip, thyme, cinnamon, nutmeg and a savoury undertone. Supple, velvety tannins reflect sweet spices on a creamy mouthfeel. Integrated acidity lingers with herbs and spices, lending a poised, elegant finish.”
